SECTION 9 – 120-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a 120-day money back guarantee to all clients. This means, if within 120 days of payment, you’re unhappy with the new CV created by ResumeWriter.SG, you can request for a refund.

Our policy lasts 120 days from date of order. If 120 days have gone by since your package was ordered, we can’t offer you a refund or any other form of compensation.

In the event of a refund, the documents (CVs, Cover Letters, Linkedin Content produced by ResumeWriter.SG), remain property of the firm. As such, you are not to use it for your own recruitment purposes.

For refunded cases, the firm reserves to post the resume online as a sample on our webpage or as part of our training documents. All confidential information from refunded resumes will be removed.

All documents submitted to the firm will remain confidential and stored on our encrypted servers.
